Our Aikido sessions take place every Tuesday & Thursday from 7th July 2026 onwards
From 9pm to 10pm each session Adults & kids (from 10+ )
During our sessions, kids will learn Martial Arts and while they will have lots of fun, they will build confidence, discipline, character, focus and respect.
Our SAFEGUARDING POLICIES can be found in this link - we are a safe training place to teach kids - all our instructors have clear enhanced DBS check and have conducted the Safeguarding training under Aikido Alliance UK.

Each adult session will focus on the following:

Bukiwaza (weapons) & Taijutsu (empty handed)
Thursday 9pm-10pm
Bukiwaza (weapons) & Taijutsu (empty handed)
Please note that Bukiwasa and Taijutsu go hand in hand, so it’s important to attend the whole session to understand the relationship.
Bring your own Jo and Bokken (we would recommend Iwama Bokken and Jo).
If you are new to Aikido, we may have a few spare weapons that we can lend.

How do I become a member?
It’s very straightforward! Fill in an application form online and pay the yearly membership fee £20 for adults and £10 for Junior (up to 18) via ADS (Aikido Development Society) https://membermojo.co.uk/aikido-development-society. You will need to renew your membership every 12 months to stay insured.
Your membership & book will be used for all Kyus and Dan gradings, and any future seminars.
